Job Description: The Clubs and Societies Officer represents the interests of all non-sporting clubs and societies to the Students’ Union and to the University. S/he works with the VP (Welfare and Societies) to ensure the effective running of the clubs and societies, and also of the Bunfight in Freshers’ Week.

Position: ATHLETIC UNION OFFICER

Sophie Wright
Job Description: The Athletic Union Officer represents the interests of all Athletic Union clubs to the Students’ Union and to the University. S/he works with the AU President to ensure the effective running of the clubs, the Bunfight in Freshers’ Week, and also the Athletic Union ball and Colours ceremony.

Pippa Susskind
Job Description: The Postgraduate Officer represents the interests of all postgraduate students to the Students’ Union and to the University, with regard academic, social and welfare issues. S/he is responsible for identifying student concerns, gauging opinions and acting upon these accordingly.

Adam Parker
Job Description: The Sites Officer is responsible for effective communication between all University sites, and works with the Site reps to represent the Students’ Union, distribute publicity and ensure as much integration as possible.

Job Description: The Equal Opportunities Officer is responsible for the co-ordination of the Equal Opportunities Department (e.g. the Women’s Officer, LGBT Officer etc.).

Position: ENVIRONMENTAL & ETHICAL OFFICER
Candy Snelling
Job Description: The "E&E" officer is responsible for all environmental and ethical policy within the Students’ Union and monitoring it's implementation. They will work with the seperate Ethical and Enviromental Co-ordinators to inform and educate the student population on relevant issues largely but not exclusively through an Environmental Awareness week.
