You can move out of your Halls straight after your exams, however you will be liable for your rent up until the end your tenancy agreement.  For 34, 39 and 40 week contracts this is the 1st July.
 
Return your keys to reception, failure to do this will result in you being charged for replacement keys.
 
Your room will be inspected once you have left and you will be charged for any damage to the room, fixtures and furnishings incurred over tenancy, failure to pay these fines may result in you being unable to register for the next academic session and possibly being prevented from graduating.
