Ask SUSU

Students Union Freshers Packs are not sent to students living outside the UK. In the past when we used to post them out globally, some took up to 2 months to arrive (long after people had left home and started in Southampton), some did not arrive at all and some that arrived in a very damaged state. and we made a lot students very unhappy. This coupled with an extremely expensive postage bill for global postage, made the posting them out to non-uk residents unworkable.

If you live in the UK and if you have not received your freshers pack by lunchtime on friday the 14th sept 2007 email James@susu.org with full address and he will put one in the post that day.

You will be able to collect a copy of your pack when you arrive from the freshers week welcome stand in the students union.

you will also get a separate welcome pack when you arrive in halls from the students union.

If you are most concered about booking your tickets online to our freshers week events, please email boxoffice@susu.org with your student number, username (eg jjr89v07) and address and the boxoffice office will email you a code once it has confirmed your 1st year/fresher status.
