How do I find a landlord willing to take housing benefits?

Possibly look in the Daily Echo (I believe Wednesday is the night for accommodation) as advertisements often state whether those on benefits are welcome to apply or not. Also, it is probably worth contacting yourr local Housing Benefits Office or Council Offices who may keep a list of landlords who accept benefits. Finally, you could visit high street letting agencies who could tell you which landlords on their lists accept benefits.
