Ask SUSU

What is the minimum age for university?

I don't think there is a minimum age any longer e.g. if a student of school age has been fast tracked through the education system and has attained the required qualifications for an undergraduate course of their choice, dependent on other requirements such as health and safety regulations, some universities have formed 'safeguarding' policies for young people under the age of 18 and are therefore in a position to admit them. However, specific courses may have separate rules governing this area due to the nature of some courses. Ultimately, I would advise to check with the individual institution and the admissions tutor of the course of interest to discuss specific requirements.
