Current student can apply for Out of Term Residence (OTR) during the summer holidays, however, the Accommodation Service do not usually arrange these until the last term of the year.  During the final term students can either pick up OTR forms at a halls reception, or they can come into the Student Services Centre to get one.  Once the student has filled it out, the form will be sent back to the hall managers, either directly, or via the SSC.  The student will then be contacted to let them know if it has been possible to arrange OTR for them.  These rooms are charged at the 2007/08 rate plus 10%.
