The Graduation Ball 2008 dates have had to be moved. Due to essential maintenance and re-inforcement works to do with our event, the Guildhall (a Grade One listed building) has to carry out these works on Monday the 9th and Tuesday 10th June. This unfortunately means the dates for the Graduation Ball will be Thursday 12th and Friday 13th June 2008. ORIGINAL Tickets for Wednesday 11th June will be valid for THURSDAY the 12th June whilst ORIGINAL Thursday 12th June tickets will be valid for FRIDAY 13th June.

Obviously we regret this, but we are sure that the event will be as successful and enjoyable as we aim for. The works will be crucial to one of the highlights of the event which we're sure will be a big talking point for everyone that attends. In addition, we will also be offering REFUNDS to those people who no longer wish to attend. Refunds will be offered until MONDAY 17th March 2008. After that date NO refunds will be accepted and all tickets will remain valid. Those that are refunded will be placed on sale INITIALLY to those people who are on the waiting list.

Also, we've noticed tickets for sale on SUSSED. Please note that any tickets on sale are in breach of the conditions of sale. We are in the process of removing all tickets in circulation that have been sold for more than their face value. Please also bear in mind that tickets aren't actually released until after Easter so all you're selling / buying is a receipt.

Secondly, tickets will be available for collection from MONDAY APRIL 14th 2008. This will be the actual ticket rather than the paper receipt you have or the email receipt. When collecting your ticket please bring your ID and the receipt from your original purchase.

Easter will see a flurry of activity with the Headline act being revealed, the rest of the lineup, the menu and the table plan all coming out. Please check http://gradball.susu.org for details and updates.

Once again, apologies for the movement of the dates. This is, unfortunately, wholly unavoidable and was not known about at the time of sale. We hope we have your understanding in this matter.
