What is the correct procedure for lodging a complaint against a society?

The Society member will need to contact the Societies Officer on societiesofficer@soton.ac.uk and arrange a meeting.
The Societies officer will speak to the member as well as representatives from the society (at different times if requested) in the hope of coming to a conclusion.Depending on the nature of the complaint the Societies Officer may consult the VP Welfare and Societies.
